TIRE’S - PLUS is one of the largest Distributors of Tires,
Wheels, and Automotive Accessories in the Northern California. We do our best to
be the lowest cost leaders in the country. We offer over 15,000 different tires
and over 4000 different wheels, including all major brands like Michelin, BF
Goodrich, Hankook, Falken, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Nexen, Yokohama, , BCT,

PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express,and Direct Depots. If you do not have a PayPal account, please call or e-mail us, so we can accommodate you.
WARRANTY
The tires, wheels or accessories sold by Tire’s - Plus are warranted by the
manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty. Please remember that
not all tires come with a manufacturer's warranty. Details of warranties can be
found on the manufacturers' websites. Mileage warranty is based on road
conditions, driving habits, and regular maintenance, including but not limited
to tire pressure, balancing, rotation, and alignment
DELIVERY
We will ship your order within 24 - 48hrs after receiving your
CLEARED payment via PayPal. We currently ship to
only 48 Contiguous States. All orders are shipped directly from California. We
ship Overnight to the following states; California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah,

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• We make every effort to ensure that you, as our customer, are satisfied with
our services.
• If delivery is delayed by an act of God or force majeure (circumstances
considered reasonably beyond the control of Tire’s - Plus), Tire’s - Plus shall
not be held liable for late delivery.
• We reserve the title of property to all products delivered, until all
outstanding payments and all demands concerning the order have been settled.
Our tire delivery prices within the United States include packaging and shipping
costs per shipment; such costs will not be claimed on return of unwanted goods.
However, a distinction will be made between those goods that are returned
because the goods are no longer wanted, and those that are returned due to being
faulty

• Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 14 business days of
receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged.
After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods,
we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. Tire’s - Plus will not
be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer
will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to their
order. When returning goods, the customer must use a form of shipping that comes
with a tracking number
INCERRECT
GOODS?
• Our listing include descriptions and part numbers that
are pursuant to the manufacturer.
• If you receive goods that are different from what you ordered, you must
contact Tire’s - Plus immediately upon receipt of delivery. The goods must not
have been mounted, used, or damaged.
• You may return the goods for a full refund, including all shipping costs. We
will send you shipping labels to be attached to the incorrect goods you
received. It will be the customers' responsibility to correctly package the
goods in the same way they received their goods.
After receipt of the goods and careful inspection , we will issue a full refund
based on your method of payment.
DAMAGES
GOODS?
• If your goods are damaged during shipping, you must
contact Tire's - Plus within 2 business days of receipt of delivery to initiate
the return process. You must submit pictures to verify the damage.
• You may return the goods for a full refund, including all shipping costs. We
will send you shipping labels to be attached to the incorrect goods you
received. It will be the customers' responsibility to correctly package the
goods in the same way they received their goods.
After receipt of the goods and careful inspection , we will issue a full refund
based on your method of payment.
WARRANTY,LIABILITY
• The tires wheels and accessories sold by Tire’s - Plus are warranted by the
manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer warranty. Please remember that
not all tires come with a manufacturer's warranty. Details of warranties can be
found on the manufacturers' websites.
• Damage claims against Tire’s - Plus will be refuted unless Tire’s - Plus
management, employees or legal representatives are liable for deliberate acts of
gross negligence. We will not accept liability for damages due to negligence in
so far this exclusion of liability is held to be reasonable under the given
circumstances. The customer's statutory rights for non-delivery are not affected
by this clause.
• Tires returned for defects are subject only to the warranty and warranty
process of the manufacturer of that tire.
• In so far as we are insured against damage claims, we may pass on any
resulting insurance claim to the client.
• It is common knowledge that, at present, it is not possible to develop or
operate error-free software and hardware or exclude errors, which may occur
while using the Internet. We will not be liable for any damages to users or
third parties incurred while using our platforms.
• All rights reserved. Text, images, sound, graphics, animations and videos, as
well as layout of our web site are covered by copyright and other trademarks. It
is prohibited to copy, distribute, change or offer access to a third party to
the content of these web sites for commercial purposes. Some of our web sites
include images, which are copyrighted by a third party. If not indicated
otherwise, all trademarks on our web sites are registered. The use of our web
sites does not grant any license to intellectual property by us or any third
party.
Wheel Balancing: Tire’s - Plus is not responsible for wheels that are out of
balance due to shipping and handling. Customer's are responsible to take up any
claims with the shipping company within 24 hours. Customer's are responsible for
all costs of re balancing the wheels
